|Gene Description||ATG7, ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme ATG7, is an E1-like activating enzyme involved in autophagy, a process involved in lysosome degradation (PMID: 29311554). An ATG7-BRAF fusion has been identified in cutaneous melanoma (PMID: 26091043) and ATG7-RAF1 fusions have been associated with anaplastic pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PMID: 27624885) and pediatric high-grade gliomas (PMID: 28912153).|
