| Gene Description | CXCL13, C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 13, encodes a chemokine that functions to migrate B cells to follicles via Cxcr5 signaling, thereby playing a role in lymphocyte infiltration through the organization of B cell follicles and germinal centers (PMID: 31354634, PMID: 21659539). Overexpression of CXCL13 has been identified in a variety of tumor types including urothelial carcinoma (PMID: 32554706), B-cell lymphomas, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and prostate cancer (PMID: 31354634). | ||||||||||
