| Gene Description | GNA13, G protein subunit alpha 13, encodes a member of the G12 family of G protein alpha subunits, which activate Rho guanine-exchange factors and play a role in cell migration and invasion (PMID: 19422395, PMID: 19226283). GNA13 mutations have been identified in Burkitt’s lymphoma and defuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 26616858, PMID: 23699601), and altered expression levels have been identified in multiple malignancies including hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 27883022), and gastric cancer (PMID: 26735177). | ||||||||||
