| Gene Description | PDE10A, phosphodiesterase 10A, is a cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase that regulates cAMP and cGMP signaling (PMID: 10373451). PDE10A has been demonstrated to regulate tumor cell growth in culture (PMID: 26713600, PMID: 24704829) and mutations have been observed in metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma (PMID: 27270314). | ||||||||||
