| Gene Description | MALT1, MALT1 paracaspase, regulates nuclear factor kappa B signaling through both scaffolding and proteolytic functions (PMID: 26386283) and may play a role in the allergic response (PMID: 32213560) and in adaptive and innate immune responses (PMID: 31037583). Constitutive activation of Malt1 has been associated with B-cell lymphomas (PMID: 25285878, PMID: 15286744) and promotes tumorigenesis in a variety of tumor types (PMID: 31961340, PMID: 31774199, PMID: 31291468). | ||||||||||
