| Gene Description | KDELR2, KDEL endoplasmic reticulum protein retention receptor 2, is a KDEL (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu) endoplasmic reticulum protein retention receptor that plays a role in the unfolded protein response (PMID: 30428351). A KDELR2 fusion with ROS1 has been identified in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 22980976) and Kdelr2 overexpression has been observed in glioblastoma (PMID: 31342232). | ||||||||||
