| Gene Description | DSTN, destrin, actin depolymerizing factor, is a member of the ADF/cofilin protein family that regulates cytoskeletal dynamics and plays a role in cell growth, polarization, and migration (PMID: 18628996, PMID: 22898637, PMID: 32878967). Overexpression of Dstn has been observed in lung (PMID: 32878967) and pancreatic (PMID: 22898637) cancer, and a MET-DSTN fusion has been identified in lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 34802880). | ||||||||||
