| Gene Description | CPSF6, cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor subunit 6, is a component of the cleavage factor I (CFIm), which is a multisubunit complex that plays a role in the processing of RNA (PMID: 28673861). A RARG-CPSF6 fusion has been observed in AML (PMID: 29891591), a CPSF6-FGFR1 fusion in myeloproliferative syndrome (PMID: 18205209), and Cpsf6 may play a role in the aggressiveness of breast cancer (PMID: 28673861). | ||||||||||
