| Gene Description | CIT, citron rho-interacting serine/threonine kinase, is an effector of Rho signaling (PMID: 27503289) and functions in cell division during cytokinesis (PMID: 29069760) and plays a role in the development of the nervous system (PMID: 27519304). Overexpression of Cit has been observed in colon cancer (PMID: 29069760) and a FGFR2 CIT fusion has been identified in lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 23558953). | ||||||||||
