| Gene Description | BORCS5, BLOC-1 related complex subunit 5, is a member of the BORC complex that functions to regulate lysosomal positioning (PMID: 25898167). A BORCS5-ETV6 fusion has been identified in gastric cancer (PMID: 31222839) and an LMO3-BORCS5 fusion has been identified in Ewing sarcoma (PMID: 31488873), and decreased expression of BORCS5 has been demonstrated in colorectal carcinoma (PMID: 29879888). | ||||||||||
