| Gene Description | CCR8, C-C motif chemokine receptor 8, is a transmembrane receptor for the chemokines CCL1 and CCL18. which regulates calcium mobilization and chemotaxis (PMID: 14576057, PMID: 23999500), and plays a role in immune regulation (PMID: 28533380) and apoptosis (PMID: 12525579, PMID: 12645948). Increased CCR8 expression has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 23878309) and in tumor infiltrating regulatory T-cells (PMID: 27851914, PMID: 27851913). | ||||||||||
