| Gene Description | DTX3L, deltex E3 ubiquitin ligase 3L, is also known as B-lymphoma and BAL-associated protein (BBAP) and plays a role in histone modification and the DNA damage response through PARP1 activation (PMID: 23230272). DTX3L overexpression has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 26033450), in glioma patients with poor prognosis (PMID: 28627634), and may play a role in chemoresistance in hematological tumors (PMID: 28653881, PMID: 25605023). | ||||||||||
