| Gene Description | NEK10, NIMA-related kinase 10, is a member of the NEK protein kinase family, that plays a role in regulation of the cell cycle in response to DNA damage (PMID: 23132929), is a positive regulator of ERK1/2 signaling, and is a putative tumor suppressor (PMID: 30474248). Loss of Nek10 expression has been observed in squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, and glioblastoma (PMID: 30474248). | ||||||||||
