| Gene Description | E2F3, E2F transcription factor 3, is a member of the activator subclass of E2F transcription factors, and drives expression of genes involved in cell-cycle progression and proliferation upon dissociation from Rb (PMID: 19851314, PMID: 28855541). E2F3 amplification has been identified in bladder cancer (PMID: 16953223), and retinoblastoma (PMID: 16007192), and overexpression has been identified in multiple tumor types including lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 16938365, PMID: 19851314). | ||||||||||
