| Gene Description | EFNA4, ephrin-A4, is a plasma membrane protein, anchored through glycophosphatidylinositol (PMID: 23983218) to ephrin receptors (PMID: 15561600) and plays a role in cell adhesion and transendothelial migration (PMID: 19828693). Blockade of Efna4 may promote tumor regression in triple negative breast cancer and ovarian cancer (PMID: 26015513) and cytoplasmic localization has been correlated with prognosis in osteosarcoma (PMID: 20071790). | ||||||||||
