| Gene Description | ELF1, E74 like ETS transcription factor 1, plays a role in the regulation of angiogenesis and hematopoiesis, including the development of natural killer T cells (PMID: 26643049) and blood vessels (PMID: 11157678), and demonstrates an antiviral role upon interferon stimulation (PMID: 31682641). Variable expression of Elf1 has been observed in a variety of tumor types, including decreased expression in prostate cancer (PMID: 30603056) and Hodgkin lymphoma (PMID: 30681722), and overexpression in endometrial carcinoma (PMID: 12798703). | ||||||||||
