| Gene Description | ELF4, ETS-related transcription factor Elf-4, is a member of the E26 transformation-specific (ETS) transcription factor family and plays a role in regulating gene transcription, immune system development, and cellular homoeostasis (PMID: 27932483). Elf4 mutations and overexpression have been observed in a variety of tumor types (PMID: 26921333, PMID: 17213815) and a fusion with ERG in AML (PMID: 16303180) and BCORL1 in liver cancer (PMID: 21499249) have been reported. | ||||||||||
