| Gene Description | EPHB6, EPH receptor B6, is a kinase-inactive member of the erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte (Eph) receptor tyrosine kinase family that regulates cell adhesion and migration (PMID: 15955811, PMID: 31406248). Downregulation of EphB6 is associated with metastasis and invasive behavior in several tumor types (PMID: 25239188), including gastric cancer (PMID: 28453458) and colon cancer (PMID: 28262839), while overexpression has also been reported in colorectal cancer (PMID: 27145271) and pediatric T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 29116180). | ||||||||||
