| Gene Description | ETFA, electron transfer flavoprotein alpha subunit, forms a dimer with ETFA to form the electron transfer flavoprotein, which is an electron acceptor for a number of dehydrogenases (PMID: 31996215). An ETFA-BRAF fusion has been identified in rectal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 26314551) and germline EFTA variants may confer susceptibility to glioma (PMID: 28320150) and IDH-mutant glioma (PMID: 31842352). | ||||||||||
