| Gene Description | ETS2, ETS proto-oncogene 2, transcription factor, encodes for a member of the ETS family of transcription factors, which plays a role in cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and telomerase activity (PMID: 17986575, PMID: 12559563) and is involved in the regulation of chemokines (PMID: 27659014). ETS2 overexpression has been identified in several cancers (PMID: 28450705, PMID: 16213704), including breast cancer (PMID: 16380248), colon cancer (PMID: 18785124), prostate (PMID: 9879994), and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 12532432). | ||||||||||
