| Gene Description | ETV1, ETS variant transcription factor 1, encodes a member of the ETS family of transcription factors, which plays a role in multiple cellular processes including cell growth, migration, differentiation, and angiogenesis (PMID: 21298110, PMID: 30629294). ETV1 fusions have been observed in prostate cancer, Ewing's sarcoma (PMID: 17390040, PMID: 10523827), and glioma (PMID: 31381204), and ETV1 overexpression has been reported in Ewing sarcoma, prostate cancer, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (PMID: 31381204). | ||||||||||
