| Gene Description | FANCF, FA complementation group F, is a member of the Fanconi anemia core complex, which plays a role in DNA damage response (PMID: 24910428) through homologous recombination DNA repair (PMID: 30822218). FANCF mutations are associated with Fanconi anemia, and aberrant FANCF promoter methylation has been demonstrated in ovarian cancer (PMID: 26507869, PMID: 16675878). | ||||||||||
