| Gene Description | RRAS2, RAS related 2, encodes a member of the RAS family of GTPases, which acts as a regulator of several signal transduction pathways including the PI3K/Akt pathway (PMID: 11850823) and the MAPK/ERK pathway (PMID: 17656362, PMID: 10064593), thereby playing a role in cell survival, proliferation, and transformation (PMID: 11850823, PMID: 17656362, PMID: 10064593).
