| Gene Description | KDM4B, lysine demethylase 4B, is a Jumonji domain histone demethylase and epigenetic modulator that regulates gene transcription through chromatin remodeling to influence cell growth and differentiation (PMID: 24349617, PMID: 30759871). Overexpression of Kdm4b has been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 31468537), ER-positive breast cancer (PMID: 24349617), colorectal cancer (PMID: 30759871), and gastric cancer (PMID: 30683841). | ||||||||||
