| Gene Description | FLI1, Fli-1 proto-oncogene, ETS transcription factor, is a member of the Ets transcription family and is involved in embryogenesis and hematopoiesis (PMID: 11175359), and regulates a number of genes involved in the the cell cycle (PMID: 31846072). The fusion protein EWSR1-FLI1 can result in malignant transformation and is commonly found in Ewing sarcoma (PMID: 19417137, PMID: 31649319) and expression in breast cancer was observed to be associated with the immune infiltrate level in breast cancer (PMID: 32249526). | ||||||||||
