| Gene Description | ARHGEF12, Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 12, also known as leukemia-associated Rho GEF (LARG), encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates RhoA signaling (PMID: 12024019, PMID: 23467409), which is involved in cytokinesis (PMID: 23885121), cell motility (PMID: 29279389) and mechanical response (PMID: 21572419), hematopoiesis (PMID: 27345948, PMID: 31467124), and vascular development (PMID: 23467409). ARHGEF12 fusions have been identified in leukemia (PMID: 33419897, PMID: 10681437) and lymphoma (PMID: 34237703), and ARHGEF12 mutation has been identified in prostate cancer (PMID: 21147910). | ||||||||||
