| Gene Description | NEGR1, neuronal growth regulator 1, encodes a cell adhesion molecule that is a member of the immunoglobulin LON family and plays a role in neuronal growth and connectivity, and may engage in cell recognition and interaction (PMID: 29479305, PMID: 25057311). Decreased expression of NEGR1 has been identified in advanced neuroblastoma (PMID: 21624008) and epithelial ovarian cancer (PMID: 16115914). | ||||||||||
