| Gene Description | ADGRA2, adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A2, is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor that functions as a coactivator of Wnt7-mediated beta-catenin signaling, thus regulates CNS angiogenesis (PMID: 30026314, PMID: 21071672) and contact inhibition of proliferation (PMID: 19853600). ADGRA2 mutations have been identified in colon cancer (PMID: 29844865) and leiomyosarcoma (PMID: 31300531). | ||||||||||
