| Gene Description | DNM3, dynamin 3, encodes for a member of the GTPase family and plays a role in endocytic vesicle formation by the facilitation of fission via GTP hydrolysis (PMID: 22233676). Promoter methylation of DNM3, resulting in decreased expression, has been observed in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 28599479, PMID: 24143113), and DNM3 has been identified as the second gene partner in a fusion with FGFR2 in triple-receptor negative breast cancer (PMID: 29203461). | ||||||||||
