| Gene Description | GREM1, gremlin 1, DAN family BMP antagonist, regulates limb and kidney development through antagonizing BMP signaling (PMID: 25592806), and is involved in cell proliferation (PMID: 23394397) and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (PMID: 23548835). Increased expression of Grem1 has been identified in breast (PMID: 31694641), pancreatic (PMID: 30272371), colorectal (PMID: 28041973), cervical (PMID: 26530461), and non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 26392110). | ||||||||||
