| Gene Description | RNF11, ring finger protein 11, is a component of the ubiquitin-editing protein complex (PMID: 14755250) that may regulate Smurf2 and subsequent TGFbeta signalling (PMID: 28292929). A fusion of Rnf11 with Braf has been observed in histiocytic neoplasms (PMID: 26566875) and Rnf11 is overexpressed in several tumor types (PMID: 31985874). | ||||||||||
