| Gene Description | AGO2, argonaute RISC catalytic component 2, is a regulator of RNA mediated gene silencing (RNAi) in cells and plays a role in gene regualtion (PMID: 32164444). AGO2 expression has been demonstrated to be reduced in some melanomas (PMID: 24169347) and upregulated in some epithelial cancers such as HNSCC (PMID: 22025453, PMID: 28903378). | ||||||||||
