| Gene Description | GNB1, G protein subunit beta 1, is a member of the GTP binding protein family and encodes the beta 1 subunit of the heterotrimeric G protein, which plays a role in signal transduction (PMID: 2546847). Mutations in GNB1 has been identified in various tumor types, including acute myeloid leukemia, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and myelodysplastic syndrome (PMID: 25485910). | ||||||||||
