| Gene Description | HNF4G, hepatocyte nuclear factor 4 gamma, encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the orphan nuclear receptor family and plays a role in regulating genes involved in development and metabolism (PMID: 8995295). An HNF4G-RSPO2 fusion has been identified in gastric cancer (PMID: 30250044) and overexpression of Hnf4g has been associated with lung cancer (PMID: 29719587) and bladder cancer (PMID: 23896584). | ||||||||||
