| Gene Description | TLX1, T cell leukemia homeobox 1, is a homeobox-containing transcription factor that inhibits hematopoietic differentiation (PMID: 17213805, PMID: 17555447) and is important in spleen development (PMID: 7555717, PMID: 27214556). TLX1 rearrangements and overexpression are associated with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 21705452, PMID: 28671688, PMID: 35385357), and a fusion between TCF3 and TLX1 has been identified in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 37058324). | ||||||||||
