| Gene Description | HOXD13, homeobox D13, belongs to the homeobox family of transcription factors and is involved in urogenital (PMID: 28798948, PMID: 16002988) and limb development (PMID: 32427842, PMID: 30223853, PMID: 24038517). Increased expression of Hoxd13 has been observed in colon cancer (PMID: 34272834), decreased Hoxd13 expression has been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 26617867), and NUP98-HOXD13 fusions have been identified in myelodysplastic syndrome (PMID: 25220590) and acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 17656257, PMID: 10995009). | ||||||||||
