| Gene Description | SEPTIN14, septin 14, is a member of the septin family of GTP-binding cytoskeletal proteins that plays a role in cortical neuronal migration (PMID: 20181826). An EGFR-SEPTIN14 fusion has been identified in glioblastoma (PMID: 26762204, PMID: 23917401) and a KMT2A-SEPTIN14 fusion has been observed in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 28573893), and somatic SEPTIN14 mutations have been identified in skin, large intestine, and soft tissue tumors (PMID: 27882315). | ||||||||||
