| Gene Description | IGFBP1, insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1, is a member of the IGF-binding protein (IGFBP) family that is mainly expressed by the liver and circulates in the plasma to regulate cell migration and survival (PMID: 27152521). Aberrant expression of Igfbp1 has been observed in colorectal cancer liver metastasis (PMID: 27152521) and in endometrial cancer (PMID: 26802879). | ||||||||||
