IRF2BP2 fusions with NTRK1 have been reported in thyroid cancer (PMID: 29466156), with RARA in acute promyelocytic leukemia (PMID: 27872498, PMID: 31447564), and with CDX1 in mesenchymal chondrosarcoma (PMID: 23185413). | ||||||||||
