| Gene Description | ITGB3, integrin subunit beta 3, forms heterodimers with alpha chain integrin subunits to regulate cell adhesion (PMID: 29342970), cytoskeletal remodeling, and signaling through Src and Fak kinases (PMID: 29439184). Overexpression of Itgb3 in cancer cell lines suggests a role in chemoresistance (PMID: 30563517), metastasis (PMID: 29449539, PMID: 29151962), and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (PMID: 30563517) and Itgb3 overexpression has been observed in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 29342970). | ||||||||||
