| Gene Description | ITPR2, inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 2, regulates intracellular Ca2+ release (PMID: 25499268) and plays a role in the cell cycle and proliferation (PMID: 25779662). An in-frame fusion of the ETV6 promoter with the C-terminal portion of Itpr2 has been observed in breast cancer (PMID: 20033038) and overexpression of Itpr2 has been observed in AML (PMID: 25779662). | ||||||||||
