| Gene Description | MALAT1, metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1, is a long non-coding RNA that regulates gene expression and signaling pathways (PMID: 29928382). Upregulation of MALAT1 has been observed in a variety of human cancers (PMID: 29928382) and MALAT1 fusions, with multiple gene partners, have been observed in TNBC, high-grade serous ovarian cancer (PMID: 31745703), and renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 12837690). | ||||||||||
