| Gene Description | KIF11, kinesin family member 11, is a motor protein essential for bipolar spindle formation (PMID: 22825217) and cytoskeleton reorganization (PMID: 31904480). Overexpression of Kif11 has been frequently detected in leukemia and solid tumors (PMID: 23434636) and has been identified as a marker for decreased progression-free survival in meningioma (PMID: 30991738), clear cell renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 30819726), oral cancer (PMID: 29115586), and breast cancer (PMID: 30590004). | ||||||||||
