Gene Description RHOA, ras homolog family member A, is a Rho small GTPase that is involved in regulation of actin cytoskeleton dynamics, cell migration, and cell-cycle progression (PMID: 19327386, PMID: 24467208, PMID: 26103434). RHOA mutations are recurrent in diffuse-type gastric cancer and subtypes of lymphomas (PMID: 27693615, PMID: 26103434, PMID: 27991930).
