| Gene Description | RHOB, ras homolog family member B, is a member of the Rho family of small GTPases that is involved in the regulation of the TGFB and NF-kappB pathways (PMID: 29705334, PMID: 17046241), and plays a role in actin cytoskeleton remodeling, endocytic trafficking, cell migration, adhesion, and proliferation (PMID: 22724071, PMID: 29705334, PMID: 17046241, PMID: 10675900). Overexpression of Rhob has been observed in several cancers (PMID: 29385717) including breast cancer (PMID: 12237774) and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 22349824), whereas downregulation of Rhob expression has been identified in cancers including squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 23792460), ovarian carcinoma (PMID: 24223801), and lung cancer (PMID: 17096327). | ||||||||||
