| Gene Description | LMO1, LIM domain only 1, plays a role in gene regulation by direct DNA binding or by binding to other transcription factors (PMID: 23303138) and has limited expression to the central nervous system during development (PMID: 30038707). LMO1 overexpression has been observed in small cell lung cancer and is correlated with decreased survival (PMID: 30038707) and is also associated with metastasis in gastric cancer (PMID: 29344115). | ||||||||||
