| Gene Description | LRP6, LDL receptor related protein 6, encodes a transmembrane protein involved in mediating Wnt/beta-catenin pathway signaling (PMID: 34026761, PMID: 23245947, PMID: 15084453), and plays a role in regulating cellular uptake of LDL (PMID: 22128165) and in embryonic development (PMID: 35052459, PMID: 31412666). Increased LRP6 expression has been identified in several tumor types (PMID: 31412666), including breast cancer (PMID: 20194742), rectal cancer (PMID: 28387660), and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 22570728). | ||||||||||
