Gene Description ARNT, aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator, also known as HIF1-beta, is a common binding partner for Hif1a and Ahr (PMID: 24849811). ETV6-ARNT fusions have been identified in childhood T-lymphoblastic leukemia and acute myeloblastic leukemia (PMID: 20804916, PMID: 10829078, PMID: 24469860, PMID: 30209392) and overexpression of Arnt has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 31741768).
