| Gene Description | MAGEA6, melanoma-associated antigen 6, is a member of the cancer testis antigen (CTA) family that has normal, restricted expression in the testis (PMID: 29448247) and also functions as a cancer-specific ubiquitin ligase that degradates AMPK (PMID: 29448247, PMID: 29024810). Abnormal expression of Magea6 has been reported in a number of solid tumor types including, glioma (PMID: 29024810), renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 29448247), and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 25564441). | ||||||||||
