| Gene Description | MYC, MYC proto-oncogene, bHLH transcription factor, is a transcription factor that regulates expression of genes involved in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, cellular transformation (PMID: 25038584, PMID: 32071436) and the immune system (PMID: 29514782). Amplification, overexpression, and rearrangement of MYC is commonly observed in solid and hematological tumors (PMID: 28587062, PMID: 32203465), such as lung cancer (PMID: 32014901) and diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma (PMID: 32074595). | ||||||||||
